After many months of procrastination, countless convos with my friends and family – I have decided to document my love for food and cooking. This blog will feature my own recipes, as well as recipes from chefs I look to for inspiration. I’ll be honest, I don’t cook everyday. I work, I have a family, a life outside the kitchen – so, this blog will also be an outlet for my adventures in dining, shopping and entertaining.
I will admit, I get the greatest satisfaction from watching people eat what I have prepared. My everyday critics (hubby Mike, mom and dad) are my go-to peeps! If they don’t like it, they’ll tell me. I embrace the criticism as a means of growth. I’m no Giada – sorry Mike. But like Giada and many chefs I admire, I love food, cooking and the company that I share these joys with!
